1. Endorsement of Minutes Ø The minutes of the Beer Gathering on 23rd Feb were endorsed as a true record of that evening by Mick and seconded by John
2. Captain's Log:- Ø Captain Pete reported that everything is in order and John has settled the final bill. Buggies booked for all days. Ø A reminder of the sleeping arrangements: - Bazza and Vic - Pete and Mick - John and Ojal - Saint and Neal Ø A reminder of the tee times: - Friday 12.40 pm Woosnan Course - Saturday 11.50 am Old Course - Sunday 11.50 am Woosnan Course Ø We will play as two four balls each day with a yellow ball competition between each group, £10 a man prize money. Ø Pete advised that Bazza will get the tour underway, first off on the Friday tee. Ø Dinner is booked for 8.30 each night
3. Confirmation of travel arrangements.. Ø - Breakfast at Chelsfield Lakes Golf Club at 9.30am, then leave at 10.30am to arrive at Dale Hill (TN5 7DQ) by 11.30am, first tee, 12.40pm. Ø - Cars and Drivers (nobody needs to take trolleys) - Neal driving Pete and John - Vic and Saint to decide who's driving - Bazza driving Mick and Ojal 4. Treasurer's Report:- Ø John presented the accounts. All members will be paid up after May's SOs with £808 in the kitty including £148 brought forward. Neal has £760 Ø There is a balance on our account of £2,270 with £0 to come in May. This is having pad for this year's tour golf and accommodation. Ø The total tour cost is estimated to be £600+ so after tour we should have c.£150 - £200 per head carry forward. Ø We will be financing Anniversary Dinner drinks out of the carry forward - see below which will not leave much carry forward. Action: Everyone to increase monthly standing order to £65 per month (June Payment), £780 per annum.

6. Handicap Declaration by Face-time:- Ø Neal Face-timed in and declared the following handicaps, based on last year's performance. The Handicap Secretary's decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into but good luck to him on re-election in October :- - Neal 18 - Captain Pete 20 - Vic 20 - John 22 - Mick 26 - Bazza 26 - Oj 36 - Saint 45 (Forty Five) Link to Handicaps
7. 30th Anniversary Dinner Update:- Ø Bazza sent in the following update - Venue booked, Don Giovanni's, 57-59 Homesdale Road, Bromley, Saturday 13th June - Cost £45 per person for 3 courses including ervice, he has paid deposit - 26? confirmed attending, awaiting confirmation from Liz and Kim - He will send out request for payment to him and menu selections in advance - We will cover cost of wine / drinks out of Tour carry forward funds. Oj will pay half compared to the rest of us taking wives. We discussed using this year's prize money but agreed to retain those.
